Executive coaching

I work with leaders through transitions, ruts, growth, and crucible moments by:

  • Providing a safe container for clients to work through complex organizational and professional challenges and practice skills

  • Empowering clients to greater resourcefulness, responsibility, and resilience as they find their own insights, answers, and opportunities

  • Equipping clients with perspectives, tools, frameworks that help them lead effectively

Clients find me by word of mouth, I only take a select few at a time, and I keep our engagement private. I offer both employer-paid and self-paid rates but most of my clients are employer-paid.

Consulting

I build and refine company-building talent & culture systems as a:

  • Strategic architect: I’m a designer with massive starter energy and grounded operational experience in leveraging talent and culture to create enduring, dynamic businesses. I geek out over talent management, learning and development, and culture build-outs and am meticulous about the change management that goes with them.

  • Disciplined and inventive problem-solver: I solve from the root-cause level, not the symptom-level, and I’m not afraid to explore beyond convention to create better solutions.

  • Intuitive essentialist: I understand where an organization is at in its lifecycle, gain context quickly, and connect dots to identify what matters most. Keep it simple is my guiding principle.
