I work with Chief Executive Officers and talent leaders as an advisor, designer, facilitator, and coach to build out their Human Resources function and culture in alignment with business goals and priorities.

Talent strategy and roadmap

Talent is your company’s greatest asset. I come in at any stage to ensure that talent is maximized in service of the bigger picture and that all of the various components that make up Human Resources are cohesive and working together efficiently & effectively in support of scale.

Learning strategy and design

L&D is a performance accelerator that can fuel your company’s growth. Services include but are not limited to:

  • Framework for Learning and Development (L&D)- philosophy and vision for L&D, culture values, mindsets and practices, competency model and skills breakdown, career paths, approach to reskilling and upskilling

  • Comprehensive learning curriculum and products- in-person, virtual, hybrid, online learning for individual contributors, mid-level professionals, and executives. For example:

    • Organizational design: Vision, mission, core values, strategic narrative, roadmap

    • High level program design: Concept, arc of experience, core components, scope and sequence

    • L&D programs: Peer learning groups, apprenticeship program, onboarding + upboarding

    • Short-burst skill-specific workshops: e.g., communication, achieving goals, networking, difficult conversations

    • Experiential skill development curriculum: e.g., cohort-based K-12 leadership through STEM program, cohort-based college-level credit-bearing leadership and career course, 1:1 mentorship program, week-long offsite leadership milestone experiences for executive-/senior-level staff and for emerging leaders

    • Training: Coach training, management training, train the trainer, new staff training

  • Strategic guidance- change management strategies to achieve organization-wide buy-in, adoption, socialization, and engagement   

  • Roadmap- Support with defining short-term and long-term learning priorities

  • Organizational learning innovation- Piloting non-traditional learning experiences e.g., integrating mindfulness into workplace development as a strategy for individual and corporate success

Depending on the need, I work in longer-term engagements (i.e., on average 1-3 days per week over 6 months to multi-year) or short-burst engagements (e.g., one-off sessions, one-to-some-and-done projects).
